Children (3-8 years old) and their families will take part in an Earth Day celebration to give thanks for our beautiful planet.
We will engage our senses and move our bodies as we show gratitude for the everyday miracles all around us. A story and imaginative plan will help us learn ways to appreciate our world and each other.
Lindsay Curtin, registered yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance), and mom of two energetic toddlers will lead an active class where you and your child can have fun and be creative together. Naturally, the class will include breathing, yoga poses, and a short, guided relaxation exercise at the end.
A small Earth Day craft will be offered during class.
Children must attend with parent or caregiver. Please dress comfortably and bring a small towel, blanket, or yoga mat per child/parent pair. Age ranges serve as general guidelines for class, story, and concept level, and children beyond the age range may attend if parents feel it would be enjoyable for them.
The Brewery and General Store are open for a before or after-class treat.
